Australian Energy Market Commission announce slight reform

The Australian Energy Market Commission recently published Version 54 of the National Electricity Rules to incorporate the:

Schedules 1-4 and Schedule 6 of the National Electricity Amendment (Distribution Network Planning and Expansion Framework) Rule 2012 No.5

National Electricity Amendment (Distribution Losses in Expenditure Forecasts) Rule 2012 No. 7

National Electricity Amendment (Small Generation Aggregator Framework) Rule 2012 No. 8

Schedule 4 of the National Electricity Amendment (Economic Regulation of Network Service Providers) Rule 2012 No. 9

Version 54 of the Rules is available on the AEMC’s website and at the AEMC’s office.
