Evoqua Water Technologies, a leader in water and wastewater treatment products, systems and services for industrial, marine and municipal customers, has introduced the Vantage M41 Reverse Osmosis (RO) System for industrial applications to Asia.

The energy and space efficient Vantage M41 is suitable for production of process ingredient water, rinse water, food ingredient water, safe drinking water, boiler feed water, ion exchange pretreatment, RO reject reclaim and wastewater recycling, said a statement issued by Evoqua today in Warrendale, Pennsylvania (US).

Besides, the compact skid system requires a footprint of just 82.6cm x 81.3cm and has a height of 184.8cm that allows the system to fit through most standard doorways. The completely configurable horizontal or vertical RO housing orientation helps to optimize membrane serviceability or footprint.

Furthermore, it offers a high degree of flexibility from a standard unit. Vantage M41 system is easily expandable between two to eight membrane element units to meet increased flow demand. Energy efficient thin film composite membranes ensures optimum water quality and lower cost of ownership.

The system product flow rate could easily be upgraded to meet future customer requirements without additional pump, skid frame, plumbing and electrical retrofits. Further benefits include simple system commissioning and user-friendly microprocessor based controller. It is designed for wide range of industrial applications such as food and beverage, microelectronics, laboratories, power and solar industries.

On top of that, the systems are pre-engineered and pre-assembled to help minimize installation and startup costs. They are fully tested at the factory, require simple utility connections and, with minor setup and adjustment it is ready for immediate service
