China Awards Wind Farm Infrastructure Development Order to Veer Energy

Veer Energy & Infrastructure Ltd. said it had received 30 MW windfarm infrastructure development contract from China-based Foshan Crown Import & Export Co. Ltd.

The company said it would develop 3 MW windfarm with Chinese Wind Turbine Generator.
The scope of contracts includes civil foundation, electrical work, commissioning and erection of WTG. The order is to be completed in two years in phase manner and the company is expecting to achieve 34.5 crore turnover from the said order received.

The company said it had obtained this order after successfully completing the work of the 9.5 kV 66kV doubly circuit external transmission line from Veer S/.S 66kV at Kundhada to 66kV GETCO S/S at Thadach and successfully charging 30 MW Veer S/S for wind power generation in Gujarat in July this year.
